Suisun City, Calif – On May 6th, 2011 the Suisun City Police Department conducted a tobacco sting operation on the seven city businesses listed below. All seven businesses complied with state law and refused to sell or supply any tobacco products to minors.

The businesses targeted during this operation were Marina Liquor, Chevron Stations, Shell Gas, Smoke Paradise, 7-Eleven on Sunset Ave, Arco AM/PM, and Bonfare Market.

The Police Department conducts both alcohol and tobacco sting operations throughout the year. During each operation different establishments are selected and different enforcement techniques are used. It is vital that merchants remain vigilant in there effort to prevent illegal sales of tobacco and alcohol to minors.
