The Records Unit plays a vital role in supporting the Suisun City Police Department, our officers, and the community. Staff are responsible for a wide range of administrative and records management functions, including processing police reports, preparing digital evidence for court proceedings, maintaining official law enforcement records, processing permits and registrations, fulfilling public records requests, and providing exceptional customer service to the public.
The Police Department lobby is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). Whether you need assistance obtaining a report, submitting paperwork, or have questions about our services, our Records staff are available to assist you.
